I have been asked what is the difference between Dual Adjustable Shoulder straps and Straps with Ladder Locks on a full buckle carrier. The first picture below shows ladder locks. A single ladder lock buckle is sewn on to the padded part of each of the shoulder straps and whilst it is fully adjustable it cannot be undone and so cannot be crossed over on the back. Dual Adjustable Buckles have 2 parts to the buckle that fasten together, they are full adjustable and can be undone. The Dual adjustable straps can be worn rucksack style or they can be crossed over and re-buckled.
