This is a custom sized Padded Waist conversion with San Diego style (extra thick padding) Harmony straps, Adjustable Sleephood, Leg Padding, and Arms out padding. The Body, Sleephood, and Waist of the carrier have been made using the reverse of the wrap with the shoulder straps made using the front of the wrap, a beautiful contrast of fabrics that has been hard to capture with my camera in these pictures.
