New slot allocation for custom orders THERE IS NO HURRY ENTER NOW ! - PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW
The Next Custom slots will be available as follows:
This is the draw for carriers to be sewn in January. This time around we will be allocate slots to people that have NEVER had an Ocah Custom Order sewn for them. Please do not enter the draw this time if you have had a Custom order sewn for you before.
We will be taking names from 10am on November 26th through to 12pm on Tuesday November 27th.
To be in with a chance of getting a Custom slot you need to email us at hello@ocah.co.uk
IMPORTANT: DO NOT EMAIL US BEFORE THIS TIME - if you do your email will be discounted.
Please enter "I'm a Newbie " in the subject of your email, you do not need to write anything in the body of the message.
When the Draw closes we will allocate a number to each person that has entered the draw and using RANDOM ORG. we will allocate 10 custom slots.
Those people that have be successful in securing a custom slot will be notified by 12pm on Wednesday 28th November.
For those that have not had a Custom Slot with Ocah before here is a run down on how it all works. :
The Custom slots will be allocated as detailed as above.
We will send an email to confirm that you have been sucessful in securing a slot. We will then ask that you pay a £10 non-refundable deposit to confirm that you want to go ahead with your custom order.
Once you paid your deposit we will send you a live link to an online order form for your completion. We are always happy to answer any questions that you may have before you complete your order form. As we work directly from your order form when sewing your carrier it is important that you include ALL information that we need to know to make your carrier.
We can order a wide variety of wraps on your behalf if these are instock with our suppliers. If you are sending your own wrap for sewing we will provide the details of where to send your wrap.
We will be starting sewing the January orders on Monday 7th January. Before we are ready to sew your order we will return your completed order form to you for checking and any changes to your details can be made before we start work on your carrier.
Once we have recevied confirmation that your order details are correct we will send you a Paypal Invoice for the full cost of your carrier. We do not start work on carriers that have not been paid for. All Janaury orders are scheduled for completion by 25th January and so we expect to send allinvoice on or around 2nd January.
