This design has a very comfortable padded waist. The integrated seat darts make positioning of your little one in the carrier exceptionally easy; making this a really comfortable carrier for newborns and toddlers alike.

DESIGN DETAILS:
The Body of this carrier measures approximately 17.5" (44cm) wide and approximately 16.5" (42cm) long. These measurements do not include the height of the waist band which is one long continuous length that is attached across the bottom of the carrier. There are 4 seat darts stitched in the body of the carrier, 2 on the front and 2 more on the inside, giving the carrier a contoured shape for seating your little one. The body of the carrier can be rolled up to shorten it for smaller babies or for toddlers that like to be carrier with their arms out.
The Integral sleep hood measures approx 10" (25cm) long by 10" (25cm) wide. The sleep hood is used to support the head of a sleeping baby and has straps attached which fasten on to the shoulder strap of the carrier. The straps on the sleep hood are sewn long enough that they can be reached easily from behind you when you are wearing your little one on your back. The sleep hood can be tucked inside the body of the carrier when it is not being used.
The wide, wrap style shoulder straps are approximately 78" (2m) long.
The waist straps is one continuous length and measures approximately 5" (13cm) wide and 75" (190cm) long. The waist strap is padded for approximately 22" (56cm)
All cut edges of the wrap are serged prior to sewing to prevent fraying. A generous seam allowance is included with all weight bearing seams reinforced to ensure strength and durability.
Guttermann thread is used throughout.
