Organic Butterflies Revisited

We made this Ocah Full Buckle a few months ago as an instock carrier but it ended up going out on loan to a lovely Mama  for her to borrow whilst we worked on her own custom order.  This has now come back to us and so we are listing it in our Bigcartel store as a gently used instock carrier.  I have taken new pictures of the carrier to show that after being gently used it remains in as new condition. 

This is a toddler sized Ocah Full Buckle with Organic Corduroy straps, Alexander Henry Canyon Flutter fabric on the front of the carrier and the Sleephood, reversing to organge coloured Organic Silk Taffeta. It has a softly padded waist.

Reverse Pixie Podaegi.

We had so much fun working on this Podaegi.  I haven't made a Pod in a long time and so when this wrap came to me for an instock carrier I asked for ideas on what to make and the idea of turning into a pod was suggested. So I set about chopping it for sewing and decided to add the quirky little Pixie style hood and then I decided that actually I was liking the reverse of the wrap more and more and so this little instock project became the Reverse Pixie Podaegi.

This Podaegi conversion has been made using gently used Didymos Plum / Pflaumme Elipsen. It has a Padded headres and this one has been sewn with Duo straps and a Pixie Style Sleephood.   The Blanket (body of the carrier) measures approx. 19.5" Wide and 33" long.  The Duo straps are sligthly narrower than usual at 8.5"

Girasol Chococabana Ring Sling.

This Ring Sling has been made using a Girasol Chococabana Wrap.  It has a Simple Gathered Shoulder and has had a pocket added to the tail.

 

 

 

Northern Lights Ring Sling.

This Ring Sling has a Simple Gathered style shoulder and it has be made using a Girasol Northern Lights Wrap. I love it !

 

Latimeria Loveliness.

This Ocah Full Buckle carrier has been made from a gorgeously chunky Didymos Latimeria wrap.  It is an Inbetween size carrier and has additional Arms out padding.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Northern High Lights

The Mama that ordered this Girasol Nothern Light Conversion wanted to have as many colours of the stripes showing on the front as possible and so she opted to have a panel of vertical stripes running down the front of her carrier.  The effect is really great and with the waistband looking near seamless on the front the design the Mamas plans came together really well.

This Ocah Wrap Converison is a Pre-school sized Clipee carrier with cutomer sized Harmony straps with extra thick padding, Leg padding, Arms out padding, and Adjustable sleephood.  This carrier has an an additional layer of wrap fabric in the middle and it has Super Sturdy SSC style foam in the wait.

This carrier swamps my diddy Manequin and so my pics here arent great.

This surely has to be a carrier for the festivals ?!   This Ocah Wrap Conversion is an inbetween sized Padded Waist conversion with Duo straps, Leg padding, and Pixie style hood which has beautiful woven band sewn on it.  We used a Hoppediz Costa Rica Wrap with the orange rails left on for this conversion.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Helsinki high life.

This Ocah wrap conversion has been made using a Hoppediz Helsinki wrap.  It is an Inbetween sized Padded waist conversion with Duo straps, Adjustable Sleephood, Leg padding, Arms out padding, and it has extra topstitching on the waist. 

 

 

 

 

 

Chicago on its way home to........erm well Chicago actually !

This Ocah Carrier has been made from a Hoppediz Chicago wrap.  It is a Standard sized padded waist conversion with Duo straps and Adjustable Sleephood. 

 

 

 

 

Beautiul Begonia

Beautiful indeed is was, but a tricky one to sew all the same. This wrap is 100% linen which in itself is fine but it proved a tricky character to sew as the fabric pieces changed shape as they were handled. But  after a bit of tweaking it finally all came together as it should.  This is a Padded Waist Converison with Duo Straps, Adjustable Sleephood, Leg Padding, and Arms out Padding.  It has an additional layer of wrap fabric in the middle.
