So lets see what I have been working on this week:
Stunning Elleville Calum "She" Conversion. Gathered shoulder Ring sling. Because the She is a silky thin wrap I sewed a small 1cm wide pleat across the width of the wrap where I was going to sew the end of the wrap through the rings. This worked out great with the stitching going through a total of 5 layers of fabric where it is sewn.
Girasol Sympho
I love the colour in Sympho and it is such an ntersting wrap to convert. This one has SBP pleats (with kind permission of Jan Andrea at Sleeping Baby products) as the stripes on this are not an equal size, so to get nice even pleats the reverse of the pleats are tweaked a little so the pleats all look uniform in size on the front.
Girasol Wrappers Paradise
Another great Giraosl that works really well as a Ring Sling. Like the Sympho the Wrappers Paradise needs a little tweaking in order that the pleats on the front look nice and neat so it require a little more work than some, but the end result if a really nice mix of stripes. This Ocah Ring Sling has been made with a SBP pleated shoulder (used with Kind permission of Jan Andrea at Sleeping baby Productions) .

Didymos Jim
Lovely Lovely Jim! he has been back to me twice now for 2 shoulder re-do's. He belongs to my good friend Claire who after trying two other shoulder styles decided stick with what is her preferred style and he is now has a Hot dog shoulder ;O)
